Custom orders at Painted Pony Tack Shack are built one piece at a time — with intention, quality materials, and real horse life in mind.
Whether you’re looking for a specific color combo, size, or style, custom tack allows you to create something that fits both your horse and your aesthetic.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED?
Custom availability may vary, but typically includes:
- Paracord halters
- Muletape halters
- Reins & select tack pieces
- Color combinations & sizing
If it’s something we currently offer, there’s a good chance it can be customized.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Turnaround Time
Custom orders are made by hand and completed in the order they’re received. Current turnaround times will be communicated before your order is confirmed but typically take 2-3 weeks to ship.
Payment
Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Communication
Once your custom order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates as needed — but please remember this is a handmade process, not mass production.

To keep quality and turnaround times consistent, we do not offer:

- Revisions once production has started
